The hope fueling these efforts is that each attendee would leave the REACHgathering inspired, affirmed, connected, and equipped.

Over the course of three days you will have access to choose from dozens of breakout track sessions and be a part of three large group main sessions.

In addition to organized content by some of the leading sports, rec, and fitness ministry influencers in the world, REACH offers a Sponsor area to connect you to a host of helpful resources. You will leave changed and prepared for a year of ministry where you reach further.

Who should attend REACHgathering?
YOU! 🫡🏽

REACH is designed for anyone who currently uses or wishes to use the tools of sport, play, recreation, and fitness to reach their communities for Christ. Both vocational and lay church ministers are encouraged to attend.

Is lodging included in my fee?
No. Each participant is responsible for their own lodging. More lodging information is coming soon!

Is there a group rate for registration?
Yes! If you are bringing 3 or more people from the same church/organization to the event, participant 3+ will receive a $50 discount per person.

What meals are included in my fee?
Included in your fee are Dinner Monday and Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday and breakfast Thursday if you if you register at the hotel listed for the event. Snacks will also be provided throughout the event.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards or checks. If paying by check you may still register online.

What if I need to cancel my event registration?
In the event of a cancellation, your request must be submitted using the online contact form. A full refund, minus a $50 per person processing fee, will be given if cancellation request is submitted 30 days prior to the event. Within 30 days of the event, no refund is available.

Who qualifies for a student rate?
Any full-time student currently enrolled at a college or university at any level of graduate or undergraduate work is eligible. Bring your classmates or students!

Can I attend for just one day?
Yes, you will see the option when you register to get a one day pass.

Are scholarships available?
Unfortunately REACH does not currently offer scholarships.

Can I bring my children?
Families are valued and very important to REACHgathering leaders. We welcome children at REACH, especially nursing babies and older teens who by attending REACHgathering might gain a vision for and encouragement to become a Sports Minister. However, we are unable to provide any childcare for children during the event. Children are welcome to attend the general sessions or workshops if supervised by parents.

What is the dress code?
Attire is casual for all activities. Free time on Wednesday may include outdoor activities, so plan to check weather and likely pack a jacket for that evening.
